1. Vehicle Health Check
Before the car touches the dyno, we inspect the engine's current condition. We check for fault codes, review service history, and confirm all pre-requisites are met: spark plugs, oil, fuel filter. If something needs attention first, we tell you before we start.
2. Custom Dyno Calibration
Wheels off the ground, strapped to our Mainline hub dyno. We build your calibration from scratch, adjusting fuelling, boost, ignition timing, and cam phasing to suit your specific engine condition and modifications. A 40,000 km engine is not the same as a 200,000 km engine, and we tune accordingly. Every value is monitored and logged. Faults are checked after every single run.
3. Real-World Road Test
The car comes off the dyno and goes straight onto the road. Hills, heat soak, recovery, stop-and-start. We validate the tune in every condition the car will actually see. The result is a calibration that feels stock-smooth in daily driving but delivers the full performance when you ask for it.
Internet File Tuners
Download a generic file for $50-$200, flash it yourself. No dyno, no testing, no monitoring. Safety parameters are often disabled to hit advertised numbers. No accountability when something goes wrong.
Slave Tuners
A mechanic shop with a slave tool reads your ECU, sends the file to a master tuner offshore, receives a modified file back in 10 minutes, and flashes it. They do not know what is in the file. They cannot adjust it. The blind leading the blind.
EuroLab Custom Dyno Tuning
We write your calibration ourselves, on our own dyno, with your car strapped down in front of us. Every parameter is monitored. Every safety system stays active. The tune is built for your specific vehicle, not a template applied to a chassis code. This is how it should be done.
