Darkside 3" DPF / CAT Delete Downpipe for VW Amarok 3.0 TDI V6

This 3" stainless steel downpipe is a straight replacement to remove the factory Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and first catalytic converter (CAT) on the 3.0 TDI VW Amarok V6. It only removes the first CAT (off the turbo) and the DPF canister.

Fitment

VW Amarok 3.0 V6 TDI – engine codes DDXA, DDXB, DDXC, DDXE. The engine code can be found on a sticker on the cam belt cover or in the boot.

Important information

A custom ECU remap is required with this downpipe to clear any fault codes or engine management lights.

The downpipe is supplied with a lambda sensor boss only. The pre-turbo EGT boss is located in the exhaust manifold on the turbocharger. All other EGT and pressure sensors are not required once the DPF is removed — with correct DPF delete software these can be unplugged and removed. If your tuner cannot remove these faults, the sensors should be left plugged in and wrapped out of the way.
