Returns Policy

• Faulty or damaged products can be returned for a replacement. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Tuning products (MHD licences, custom tunes, flash tunes) are non-returnable due to their digital nature.
• Special order items are non-returnable as they are ordered specifically for you.
• All other unused products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days.

Warranty

• All products carry the manufacturer's warranty as standard.
• EuroLab will assist with any warranty claims on products purchased through us.

How to Return

• Email admin@eurolab.co.nz or call 0800 276 968 with your order number.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
• Refunds or replacements will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours at admin@eurolab.co.nz. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
