EGR Delete Kit with CNC Machined Race Pipe for Volkswagen Transporter T5 and Touareg 2.5 TDI BNZ / BPC Engines Our custom made EGR Delete Race Pipe Kit replaces and removes the EGR Valve between the Anti Shudder Valve and the Inlet Manifold, retaining the ASV ensures the engine will still run smoothly when the ignition is turned off. We are proud to say our Race Pipe is custom CNC machined from a single piece of billet aluminium unlike most Race Pipes on the market which are welded. The welded pipes are known to crack over time due to the strain of the boost pipework hanging from the ASV, our one piece Race Pipe solves this issue. Our unique Grub Screw design allows for the neatest possible install, removing the bulky brass fitting found on other EGR Delete Kits. The tiny hole also eliminates the need to fit an 'in-line' reducer to stop the boost gauge from fluttering under heavy load. The design also means that customers who will not be using the boost takeoff will have a clean looking install. As our design is almost exactly the same profile as the standard EGR Valve, which allows all the stock fixings to be used.

Please Note:

Once the EGR valve is either removed or blanked off the vehicles ECU will no longer get a signal from the EGR Valve causing the emissions workshop light to appear on the dash board. We can remove this by reprogramming the EGR software on the ECU.

When buying the EGR Delete on its own you will require a custom ECU Remap to erase any fault codes or engine management lights. We will not be responsible for any problems that may occur with any other tuners software.
