Darkside 3" Stainless Steel 316L DPF Delete Downpipe for BMW G01 X3 & G02 X4 M40dX B57 3.0 Diesel Engines This 3" / 76mm 316L Stainless Steel DPF Delete Downpipe is a direct replacement to remove the factory Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF). TIG Welded from 316L Aircraft Grade Stainless Steel right here in the UK, we use custom CNC machined flanges and weld-on sensor bosses. When removing the DPF you must also remove the Low Pressure EGR, we have a kit listed below.

When buying the DPF Delete Pipe on its own you will require a custom ECU Remap to erase any fault codes or engine management lights. We will not be responsible for any problems that may occur with any other tuners software

Our BMW DPF Delete Pipes are generally supplied with only a Lambda Sensor Boss and in some cases an EGT Sensor Boss.

All other sensor can be removed, leaving them in the downpipe can eventually lead to sensor failure, creating a fault in the ECU and possibly a Check Engine Light in the Instrument Cluster. With the correct DPF Delete Software, these sensors are removed entirely so they can be unplugged and removed from the car.

If your tuner cannot remove these faults, the sensors should be left plugged in and wrapped out of the way.
