Although our induction kit alone proved to remove restrictions on the N57N & N57Z diesel engines, it just didn't cut it for our big power M4D project. We found that the stock plastic elbow that connects direct to the turbocharger was also restrictive in places. Because of this we decided to scan and design a high flow elbow to increase airflow and remove an restrictions...and 3D print it out of Aluminium!

This Kit has been designed to work with our induction kit only, for customers who have previously purchased the 3.5" 35d / 40d Darkside Kit

Increased Air Flow

Replaces restrictive pipe

3.5" Outlet to be used with our induction kit

Thermostat Housing:

Due to increasing the TIP pipes overall size, the thermostat housing fouls the new 3D Printed Part. To resolve this we supply CNC machined thermostat housing spacers to offest the coolant outlet, allowing the stock coolant pipe to be reused.

Chassis Brace:

If you're vehicle is fitted with Chassis Braces as pictured below these will need removing in order to clear the larger diameter intake pipe. This is due to the shape of the stock plastic pipe which reduces in diameter to clear the brace, this is one of the main restrictions we found from our research.
