2.0 TDI PPD170 Used BKD Aluminium Inlet / Intake Manifold Conversion Kit

PPD170 Used BKD Aluminium Inlet Manifold Conversion Kit (Removes Swirl Flaps) OE VAG replacement 2.0 TDI 16v BKD Aluminium Intake Manifold which can be used as a stock replacement or to convert the PPD170 plastic / metal manifolds to the BKD Aluminium version which also removes the problematic swirl flaps. All manifolds are burned, sand blasted and cleaned prior to dispatching out to ensure that all carbon deposits are removed. This being said some deposits may remain in some cases, we also recommend blowing out the intake manifold with an air line before installing.

Fitment and Compatibility:

These are a direct bolt on replacement for the transverse PPD170 engines, to fit the stock engine cover the brackets need slight modification.

No engine light or faults will appear after fitting and it will not result in any running issues. Also software should not be needed once fitted.

A downloadable PDF fitting guide is also supply when the part is ordered to ensure a smooth and easy installation.

5x M8 x 30mm Cap Head Bolts
5x M8 Washers
1x M8 x 35mm Cap Head Bolt - Only required if your model has the engine cover bracket (cambelt side)
2x M6 x 10mm Serrated Flange Bolt
1x Button Head M5 x 20mm Bolt
