Darkside Custom Alloy S3 Intercooler Upgrade modified for VAG Mk5 BLS / BRM PD105 and BMM PD140 1.9 & 2.0 Diesel Engines Our Darkside S3 Intercooler, originally fitted to Audi S3, with Alloy End Tanks has been modified in house to suit VAG Golf Mk5 Platform Vehicles with 1.9 TDI 8v BLS / BRM PD105 and 2.0 TDI 8v BMM PD140 Engines. This kit is ideal for models fitted with Aircon from Factory, vehicles without Aircon can use our FMIC Kit which is linked below. This Upgraded Intercooler eliminates the two problematic clip connectors on the stock Intercooler which can crack or wear out overtime, causing boost leaks. The end tanks are also Alloy instead of plastic which will hold higher levels of boost and improve the longevity of the intercooler.

Fitment and Compatibility:

This kit is not suitable for models without Aircon.

The stock slam panel may need slight modification / trimming to allow fitment of the larger intercooler core.

Only suitable for models where the end tanks are at the top and the bottom of the intercooler, vehicles with both end tanks at the bottom of the intercooler will require our Alloy S3 Intercooler or Darkside 70mm S3 Intercooler.
