















































































































At EuroLab, we aim to get your performance parts to you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are processed from our warehouse in East Tāmaki, Auckland.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or product launches, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order has been dispatched.
We ship to all addresses within New Zealand. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Free local pickup is available from our Auckland workshop at 27A Neilpark Drive, East Tāmaki, Auckland 2013. Select "Pickup" at checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
We currently ship within New Zealand only. For international enquiries, please contact us at admin@eurolab.co.nz and we will do our best to assist.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your delivery through the courier's website.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours at admin@eurolab.co.nz or call 0800 276 968. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
