This Solid Flywheel Kit is a conversion for the 1.6 TDI CR 5 Speed Models to remove the OEM Dual Mass Flywheel when running increased power.

Power / Torque Capabilities:

Using the standard Pressure Plate, this Clutch Kit is rated to around 300Ft/Lbs (410Nm) with a stock pedal feel and bite.

When supplied with Sachs Race Pressure Plate this will handle another 50Ft/Lbs, 350Ft/Lbs (470Nm) in total.

Please Note:

As with most Single Mass Flywheels there may be some slight noise or vibration at idle with this kit on the Common Rail Engine, but this will be minimal compared to other Solid Flywheel Conversions. Don't worry this won't harm the Engine or Gearbox in any way.
