What Is an AdBlue Delete?

AdBlue (also called DEF - Diesel Exhaust Fluid) is a urea-based solution injected into the exhaust to reduce NOx emissions via the SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) system. While effective for emissions, the system adds ongoing cost, complexity, and a common source of breakdowns - especially on older vehicles where AdBlue injectors, pumps, and sensors fail.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does my vehicle have AdBlue?
Most Euro 6 diesels (2014+) use AdBlue/SCR. If you have an AdBlue filler cap (usually next to the fuel cap or in the boot), your vehicle has the system.

Will this cause warning lights?
No - the ECU is properly recalibrated so no AdBlue or SCR-related fault codes appear.
